Fall Plus Size Fashions

It looks like the big colors for this Fall are soft plums, browns and rose, olive green and teal. Look out for luxury feel fabrics like cashmere, and jersey. Layering can still work on curvy figures, just avoid bulky fabrics. Try a shirt with a tank top sweater, or reveal a hint of a lacy cami top underneath a v neck sweater. Tunic style tops continue to be popular and these look so cute layered over jeans or wide leg pants. If you are tall, you could even wear a wrap dress over pants or jeans.
Add a cord or denim jacket with a skinny scarf, or cosy up in a wrap or pashmina. Don't forget to carry an oversize leather tote if you want to be right on trend.

Plus Size Lingerie

So let's start at the very beginning, the main thing you have to be sure of when you are buying plus size lingerie is your size. This is especially important when buying a bra. Studies have shown that 70% opf women are wearing the wrong size bra. Are you one of them?

Here's how to measure yourself properly so that your bra fits perfectly.

Use a soft tape measure and in front of a mirror, measure underneath your breasts. Starting at your cleavage, pass the tape measure behind your back and around to your front. This is your band size.

Next, move the tape up to your armpits and measure above your breast. Write that number down on a piece of paper. Now, measure your breast at nipple level, the fullest part of your breasts. Subtract the number you wrote down from the nipple-around-and-back measurement, and voila! That's your cup-size!

0 to 1/2" AA cup

1/2" to 1" A cup

1" to 2 1/2" B cup

2 1/2" to 3 1/2" C cup

3 1/2" to 4 1/2" D cup

4 1/2" to 6" DD (or E cup for some bras)

6" to 7" DDD (or F cup for some bras)

7" to 8" G cup

8" to 9" GG cup

9" to 10" H cup

10" to 11" HH cup
